The Masaryk Polanco I Center is on the first floor of one of the most imposing buildings on Av. Presidente Masaryk, in an area where high-rise development is prohibited. The large, glass-faced building is surrounded by trees and offers a prestigious commercial address. Many large commercial corporations have HQs here, including several multinational food and drinks businesses. The area is inhabited by celebrities and artists, and there is a number of media organisations based locally: Mexico City is Latin America's leading centre for film, music and TV, as well as advertising and print-based media. This is one of the most upmarket areas in Latin America, with an affluent, multicultural community and many tourists, all served by upmarket retail and leisure businesses. The nearby Chapultepec Forest houses many cultural attractions including the Museo Nacional de Antropologia (National Museum of Anthropology) and a leading zoo.
