Balexert Tower

The Tour Balexert centre is located opposite the shopping centre of the same name, the largest in French-speaking Switzerland. The 6-storey building is adorned with a panoramic terrace for the centre's guests, offering a 360° view of the Jura mountains, airport and Mont Blanc. Renovated in 2015, the whole centre offers large bright offices and a cosy kitchen overlooking the terrace. Ideally placed between CERN, the international organisations quarter (embassies, UN, Red Cross) as well as the airport and its international quarter, the Tour Balexert building is at the heart of "international Geneva".

The city centre is less than 15 minutes by tram line no. 18 towards CERN, bus no. 10 takes you to the airport in less than 5 minutes and you are 5 minutes from the A1 motorway for all destinations in Switzerland or towards France. The site offers the ideal combination of easy access and proximity to the city centre. It also has 2 floors of private parking in the basement and a visitors' car park in front of the entrance.

The Balexert shopping centre, in front of the building, houses more than 60 shops as well as restaurants, a fitness centre, a health centre, language courses, a supermarket and a cinema, making this area a pleasant place to live.
